The Institute hosts over 40 student organizations with spiritual or religious affiliations. These groups offer numerous opportunities for students to engage in fun activities, fellowship, leadership, and service. More than half of the chaplains representing these organizations have campus affiliate status with Student Engagement and Well-Being. They enhance campus spiritual life by fostering interaction among the diverse faith communities and addressing their spiritual needs. A recent survey revealed that over 8,000 students participate in programs led by campus chaplains.
Campus chaplains support the Institute by assisting students and families in crisis, serving on committees, presenting reflections at events, and providing a listening ear. Six of these organizations own buildings on campus, facilitating student growth and development programs.

Beth Cabrera Reflection Space
This quiet space with a beautiful view of campus is a place for students, staff, and faculty to spend time in quiet contemplation, reflection, prayer, or meditation. This space is meant to be quiet and stress-free for students to center their minds and practice their mindfulness.
Southern Co. Multicultural Lounge
The Southern Co. Multicultural Lounge aims to create a safe and inclusive space for all of the Georgia Tech campus community while celebrating multicultural student organizations and campus programs. Furnished with comfortable seating, this customizable space provides a relaxed setting for studying and events. It is also located close to the Atlantic Theater and could be utilized for receptions to follow multicultural performances, speakers, or movie events happening in the Atlantic Theater.
